Yesterday, I typed up a couple guides.

Basic Hardware Project includes an Internet gathering sheet for parts of your computer and an assignment for students to search online for their own parts and build a “make-believe” computer.  They ultimately will use Google Sites to create a page describing their computer.  Google Sites Guide.

Google Finance Guide includes steps to creating a Google Account for students and then creating a portfolio of stocks in Google Finance.
